1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Voxton platform, websites, APIs, and decision-support services operated by Voxton Platform Ltd ("Voxton", "we", "our"). By registering an account or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of Service & Regulatory Scope
Voxton operates as a bilateral retail trust infrastructure and evidence-backed payment record system for UK merchants and consumers. Voxton provides decision-support tools and does not act as a credit reference agency or claim regulatory authorization to issue statutory consumer credit scores.
3. Consumer Rights & Free Access
In accordance with platform governance, consumer users retain the unhindered right to inspect their complete payment history and identify all organizations that have requested access to their record free of charge. Submitting a dispute request initiates evidence verification without deducting score points.
4. Merchant Reporting Obligations
Retail business users warrant that all reported payment events are supported by verifiable evidence. Falsified reports or attempts to bypass multi-tenant server authorization checks will result in immediate API key suspension and account termination.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Voxton's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
